The complimentary breakfast had a nice variety of options. The location of the hotel was convenient and pleasant, close to the historic district. There are great dining options nearby, like Ihop just a 10-minute drive away.

pool was out of order and apparently had been for over a week but no one told us when we checked in. The room had a lot of wear and tear although the linens and towels appeared to be clean.

The room here was well equipped with modern amenities like a microwave and a fridge, plus the staff provided great dining recommendations.

The breakfast was good and plentiful. The room was clean and the bedding was up to the standards for Hampton Inns. Easy freeway access (if that is important). The staff was pretty friendly overall.

It is a little "off the beaten path" as far as the city of Natchitoches is concerned--the downtown being 4-5 miles away. Also, the property is older and shows some signs of wear.

I recently stayed at a hotel in the Natchitoches area and had a great experience. The location was perfect, as it was close enough to the historic downtown area, making it easy to access all the attractions. The room was clean and comfortable, and the bathroom was spotless. The service was exceptional, with friendly and helpful staff. The breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious choices. the hotel provided a pleasant stay with all the necessary facilities and amenities.

I did experience some inconveniences with the service. This led to a messy room and a shortage of towels and coffee.

Did not see or was not aware of other than continental breakfast. I reserved two rooms. One was supposed to be a King study, meaning it was supposed to have a sofa sleeper in it. We got a King and a rollaway bed. It turned out okay. My grandkids are pretty easy to please. The desk clerk was going to change the kids over to a king study, but the rollaway bed arrived before she could do that so we just went with it.

Every staff member here was friendly and very polite.

Couldn't get a couple channels on the tv (ABC, CBS) but then we weren't there to watch tv anyway!

Location was so convenient, right off interstate and still close enough to historic district. We loved the hot breakfast and snacks...Lori was a delight to meet-friendly and very helpful in advising us interesting and fun things to see!
